Who publishes this site
gourhit.com is published by Gourhit Ventures Private Limited, a private limited company registered in India under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at 808B, DLF Prime Tower, Pocket F, Okhla Phase I, Okhla Industrial Estate, New Delhi, Delhi 110020, India. In these terms, "we" and "the company" mean that company, and "you" means anyone using the site.
What this site is
It is an information site about the company: what it does, how it is registered, what it operates and how to reach it. It is not an offer, an invitation to invest, a solicitation, or professional advice of any kind, and nothing on it forms a contract between you and the company.
A contract with the company arises from a signed agreement, not from a page on this site or from an email exchange preceding one.
Accuracy, and which source wins
We publish the company's entity details — its legal name, registered office, Corporate Identity Number and the objects it is incorporated to pursue — so that they can be checked. Those details are filed with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, and the register it maintains is the authoritative source for all of them.
If anything on this site ever differs from the register, the register is correct and this site is out of date. Tell us and we will fix it.
Everything else on the site is published in good faith and may change without notice. We do not warrant that the site will always be available or free of error.
Intellectual property
The content of this site, the Gourhit name and wordmark, and the marks of the products the company operates belong to the company or to its licensors. You may read, quote and link to these pages, and you may reproduce the entity details on this site for verification, compliance or reporting purposes — that is what they are published for.
You may not use the company's name or marks in a way that suggests an association, endorsement or partnership that does not exist.
The typeface used here is Source Serif 4, used under the SIL Open Font License.
Links to other sites
This site links to sites the company operates and, occasionally, to sites it does not. A link is not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for the content or the practices of a site we do not control. Where a product of ours has its own site, that site's own terms and privacy policy govern it.
