There is no open posting at the moment. If you build software well, write anyway — the company is small enough that a good message reaches a person.
How hiring works
Roles are opened when there is work that needs someone, and they are posted here when they are. In between, applications are read but not queued against a pipeline — if there is nothing to hire for, you will be told that rather than left waiting.
The work is building and running software: products the company owns, and applications built for clients. Someone joining takes on both, and takes on the maintenance of what they build, because that is how this company is structured rather than a rotation someone rescues you from later.

Write to hello@gourhit.com with Careers in the subject line. What helps, in roughly this order:
- Something you built, and a way to look at it.
- What you did on it, specifically, if other people were involved.
- What you would want to work on here.
A CV is welcome but is not the part that gets read first. The company is based in New Delhi; say where you are and how you would want to work.
